The variety and magnitude of various projects handled by us since 1990 is indicative of our dedicated and innovative design approach based on contemporary and available technologies. The area of projects under construction is more than 1,25,00,000 sq ft and area of completed projects is 3,25,00,000 sq ft. Mr. Gireesh M. Rajadhyaksha, graduated in 1980 from VJTI and continued his further studies in the same institute and obtained Masters of Engineering in Structures. He has done specialised research work for his M.E. in vibration analysis of machine loading in structural systems. After education he worked with Vakil Mehta Sheth Consultants for about six years and with in-house Structural Design cell of M/s. Lokhandwala Developers for about two years. He was also part of the evaluation team appointed by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to review the cause and damage due to Earthquake on 26th Jan 2001. Mr. Gireesh M. Rajadhyaksha worked as a Panel Consultant to Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) in its BBR&RB unit at Mumbai. He is a Panel  Consultant to Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). He holds the Consulting Structural Engineer’s License issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai , Vapi & Kolkata Municipal Corporation for designing multi-storey buildings. He is a M.I.E, Chartered Engineer, Member of ISSE and also a Structural Committee Member of Practicing Engineers and Town Planners Association (PEATA), member of Indian Road Congress (IRC), member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and member of Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). He is recognized as Consultant for Director General Naval Project (Mumbai) of the Indian Navy (Govt. of India), KRCL and by Western Railways. We have a group of qualified & experience staff to handle any type of project. We religiously adhere to strict time schedule for all our local as well as out station projects.
